Our partner is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building AI-powered conversation intelligence for revenue teams. They are at an exciting inflection point, with a high-quality pipeline, strong momentum, and a market that is heating up. The team is scaling quickly and is investing heavily in its go-to-market engine, making this a rare ground-floor opportunity to grow alongside the business.
The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative, you will be a core driver of top-of-funnel growth, generating and qualifying pipeline that fuels the broader sales organization. You will work closely with the BDR manager and sales leadership in a high-energy environment where your effort and creativity translate directly into impact.
This is a role for someone scrappy and ambitious who wants to learn the craft of modern sales from the ground up, build real relationships with prospects, and earn a path toward larger responsibilities as the team grows.
Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels
  • Research target accounts and craft creative, personalized outreach that resonates with prospects
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team and help build a strong, consistent pipeline
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and process
  • Track activity and learnings to continuously improve outreach effectiveness
