You will work primarily with adults navigating various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to complex life transitions. Our clients are diverse, each with unique backgrounds and stories, and you will have the opportunity to tailor your therapeutic approach to best meet their individual needs.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate with peers effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling you to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with diverse therapy modalities is advantageous, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.
  • Previous experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, showcasing your ability to adapt to virtual therapy effectively.
  • A proven record of managing a diverse client caseload and successfully implementing treatment plans based on best practices.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, we value the well-being of our staff and provide comprehensive health insurance, including dental and vision coverage, alongside therapist insurance for enhanced protection. Our retirement savings plan includes a company match, allowing you to save for your future. Flexible work schedules and unlimited client referrals further empower our therapists to grow their practice and maintain a fulfilling career.
