  • Supported by five established dialysis units, excellent hospitalist coverage, and specialty support from General Surgery and Vascular Surgery
  • Highly experienced office and dialysis teams; all dialysis clinical staff Nephrology-certified
  • Proven history of high physician retention, ongoing growth, and quality outcomes meeting all CMS metrics
  • Practice on Epic EMR with access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered documentation tool integrated with Epic to reduce administrative burden
