POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

REPORTS TO: HR Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and necessary skills and abilities to take accurate messages.
  • Inform applicants of the application process
  • Answering or referring to inquiries during outbound and inbound calls
  • Send and sort incoming and outgoing mail
  • Upkeep and maintain linen order paperwork and filing system
  • Scan and send invoices
  • Greeting and logging in visitors
  • Ability to comprehend and follow established office routines, procedures, and policies
