The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily work with individuals facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, often within vulnerable populations. • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree (MSW) highly preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment and treatment planning, particularly in crisis scenarios.
