Job description

Commercial Relocation Sales Consultant

Beltmann Relocation Group is a national leader in commercial relocation, logistics, and installation services. We partner with businesses to execute complex office moves, decommissions, furniture installations, and multi-site projects with precision and reliability.

What We Look For:

  • Experience selling project-based work vs. transactional sales
  • B2B sales experience required (commercial relocation, logistics, construction, or related industry strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of operations, field execution, or project management is an advantage
  • Strong consultative selling skills (not just quoting – problem solving)
  • Ability to scope work accurately and think through execution
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

What You'll Do:

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and industry relationships
  • Respond to inbound opportunities and company-generated leads
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial clients (office, healthcare, education, etc.)
  • Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business opportunities

Client Consultation & Estimating

  • Meet with clients on-site to assess project scope (moves, installations, decommissions)
  • Conduct walkthroughs and develop accurate project estimates and pricing
  • Identify risks, constraints, and operational considerations upfront
  • Present solutions clearly and position Beltmann as a strategic partner – not just a vendor

Project Handoff & Coordination

  • Translate sold work into clear, executable scopes for operations and project managers
  • Communicate customer expectations, timelines, and special requirements
  • Partner closely with operations to ensure alignment between what was sold and what is delivered
  • Stay involved post-sale to support project success and client satisfaction

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets, closing ratios, and activity expectations
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Maintain CRM and sales tools with accurate, up-to-date information

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation: base salary + commission (draw structure optional depending on candidate)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(K) plan with company match
  • HSA and FSA options
  • Worksite benefit programs
