Company Description

Tradeco Construction was founded in 2003 and has grown to become a preferred provider of skilled tradespeople in the markets we currently serve. Tradeco was established to address the challenges contractors and subcontractors face when working with a traditional construction temporary service.
Our business model is similar to a construction business. We’re a licensed construction business that employs tradespeople full-time. And we provide those same employees with great benefits, the same benefit package enjoyed by the President of Tradeco. After all, we feel our tradespeople are just as important, if not more important than our management personnel. Therefore, they should be treated as such.
Reliability: There is an underlying feeling that “temps” are unreliable and work for a temp service because they can’t get work elsewhere. Tradeco does not hire workers that want to work “temp”. We hire only full-time.
Skilled Tradespeople: You will see that our selection process is detailed and time-consuming. We’re only interested in hiring the best and that takes time and energy.
Safety: First off, we provide health insurance benefits for two reasons: a. It’s the right thing to do to find and retain top talent. b. It keeps employees without insurance from making false claims on the job when in fact they were injured elsewhere. Second, we drug test randomly. Many other companies only drug test pre-employment which does not ensure they won’t abuse drugs later in their career. Third, we put all new hires through a comprehensive safety orientation and provide needed safety equipment.
Legal: Too many staffing companies ignore employment eligibility of their applicants. They claim that “as long as they are correctly filling out the I-9 they are in compliance”. We take this a step further and participate in the Department of Homeland Security’s ‘E-Verify’ Program to ensure we’re employing legal workers.
