We are the largest production residential carpentry contractor in the Chicago suburban market, with immediate opportunities for experienced carpenters across our job sites in the 7 counties surrounding Chicago.
We are actively seeking experienced Carpenters specializing in exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, sheathing roofs, or back-out who can work closely with Foremen and field leadership to drive production and quality.
Project Locations
This role supports active residential construction projects across the west and southwest suburbs of Chicago, including:
  • Will County: Plainfield, Joliet, Lockport, New Lenox, Manhattan
  • DuPage County: Aurora, Naperville, Woodridge, Lombard, Warrenville
  • Kane County: Aurora, St. Charles, Elgin, Batavia, Huntley, Pingree Grove, Sugar Grove
  • Kendall County: Oswego, Yorkville, Montgomery
  • Cook County: Tinley Park, Schaumburg, Bartlett, Lemont, Hoffman Estates, Northbrook
  • Lake & McHenry Counties: Mundelein, Volo, Huntley, Crystal Lake, Johnsburg

What you'll do:
  • Perform residential framing, exterior trim, interior trim, deck construction, roof sheathing, and back-out work
  • Partner closely with Foremen to execute daily build plans and maintain production pace
  • Execute work with high quality, efficiency, and consistency
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Support crews in meeting project schedules and build timelines

Work Environment
  • Active residential construction sites
  • Outdoor work in varying conditions
  • Physically demanding work (lifting, climbing, ladders, roofs)
  • Overtime available based on production schedules

What you'll bring:
  • Experience in residential carpentry, with specialization in:
    exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, roof sheathing, or back-out
  • Ability to work directly with and take direction from Foremen and field leadership
  • Strong ability to work independently and produce quality work
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, roofs, and elevated work surfaces
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 75 lbs; heavier materials require team lifting assistance)
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and construction environments
  • May require overtime or extended hours based on project schedules
