Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Representative responsible for providing quotes, upselling additional moving services, and following up to close deals. The position requires strong CRM and sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently. It demands a proactive, solution-oriented approach, flexibility with hours, and a passion for driving revenue in a fast-paced environment. Moving experience is necessary. Position is remote, although we need someone who is knowledgeable with the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle area, and can work within the west coast time zone hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be hands-on and energetic, with a solution-oriented approach to selling and strong expertise in a CRM including analytics.

  • Thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and can collaborate with multiple subject matter experts to develop solutions. They have a true passion for driving sales.

  • Providing moving quotes to prospective clients that are moving locally, storage, long distance or internationally.

  • Upselling moving services such as packing, unpacking, carpentry, and other services.

  • Follow up with clients on a quote provided-closing deal.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of sales experience in a moving industry is a must.

  • Onsite estimate experience a plus.

  • Time management and efficiency are a must as well as being able to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Possess a problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle a variety of complex variables.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Must have strong communication skills with enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful customer service drive.

  • Strong work ethic and desire to be successful and close deals.

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work on weekends.
