WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Project management experience in commercial relocation, logistics, construction, or installation preferred.
  • Experience coordinating field teams, vendors, or subcontractors.
  • Comfortable working in both office and on-site environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Leadership ability in both formal and informal settings.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own full lifecycle of commercial relocation and installation projects.
  • Review project scope, timelines, budgets, and contract requirements.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation (change orders).
  • Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations clearly.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting systems.
  • Manage project billing to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on service delivery strategies.
