Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Project Manager to join our team in Auburn Hills, United States. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers while managing complex projects from initiation through successful completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for assigned customer accounts, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget requirements
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customers
  • Identify potential risks and issues early, implementing proactive solutions to minimize project delays or cost overruns
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and quality assurance to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage customer expectations and address concerns promptly, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE :
  • Bachelor degree
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, customer account management, or related roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Experience with budget management and cost tracking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
