This is how you will grow:

  • Coordinate the work of Energy Systems Feature Partners and Function Owners ensuring all deliverables are met to support program development.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration and communication across all energy-related functions, including FPs, Function Owners (FOs), and DREs.
  • Monitor and track all energy-related functions from a high level to ensure alignment with hardware development timelines and program milestones.
  • Apply a deep understanding of the fundamentals of Software Defined Feature and Function decomposition – leverage this understanding to keep FP/FO on track and validate Requirements content.
  • Support overall TPM in achieving goals specific to Energy Systems.
  • Ensure R&D processes are socialized within Energy Systems and are followed by Energy Systems engineers.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of key system functions aligned with program milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams throughout the V Model development process.
  • Leverage domain expertise in software controls, EE, electronics, and hardware.
  • Apply first principles of engineering and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Lead and/or support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily standups.
  • Support, help develop and maintain best practices, standards, test procedures, and technical specifications
  • Attend all Integration meetings and ensure Energy Systems teams are aware of milestones in advance and respond on time.
  • Own and manage the master energy timeline, ensuring synchronization across all relevant teams and deliverables.
Requirements:

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working with incomplete or evolving information.
  • Familiarity with VW Group systems and prior experience on VW Group programs preferred.

  • Ability to relocate to (or reside in) the Charlotte office.
