  • Experience with aerospace documentation practices
  • Experience with ERP systems or project management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field

Equivalent aerospace industry experience may be considered in place of a bachelor's degree.

What Makes a Strong Candidate?

The strongest candidates will have a combination of:

Aerospace Project Management + Aerospace Tooling + Manufacturing + Customer Management + Leadership

This is a hands-on project management role for someone who understands how aerospace tooling and manufacturing projects move from engineering requirements through production and delivery.

Candidates should be comfortable working directly with customers while coordinating multiple internal departments and managing competing project priorities.
