We are seeking a Service Advisor to join the fastest growing Ford Dealership in Wisconsin!

Service Advisor Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Previous service writer/advisor experience is a plus
  • Basic computer literacy required
  • Valid driving record
  • We are a Drug Free Workplace

  • Ensure the guests receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
  • Drive the sale of technicians time to meet the department's sales forecast.
  • Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
  • Keep guests informed on completion time, service expenses, and possible changes.
  • Ensure guests have a positive dealership experience.
  • Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the guest's vehicle.
