Job description

Job Title: Religious Education Assistant, Part-time (20 hrs./wk.)

Reports to: DRE/Pastor

Location: Saint Katharine Drexel Church |Cape Coral, FL

Classification: Hourly/Non-exempt

Overview

Saint Katharine Drexel Parish is seeking a part-time Religious Education Assistant to assist with secretarial/clerical services to the Religious Education Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain up-to-date filing systems, both hard copy and electronic.
  • Input registrations to ParishSoft for Religious Education, OCIA and sacramental programs.
  • Order supplies as needed for all special activities.
  • Produce sacramental certificates and post records to sacramental books.
  • Other duties as assigned.
