Lead the Future of Learning at Riverbend!

Are you passionate about building robust training infrastructures, empowering clinical and operational workforces, and driving strategic professional development?

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and tech-savvy Training Manager to lead our educational initiatives and spearhead the success of our Training Institute. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind workforce competency development, Learning Management System (LMS) administration, and rigorous compliance training-directly ensuring our team is equipped to deliver exceptional, CCBHC-compliant behavioral health care.

As our Training Manager, you will provide visionary leadership for our entire training ecosystem. Operating at the core of organizational growth, you will partner across departments to manage our Relias LMS, coordinate the Riverbend Training Committee, support critical accreditation and audit processes, and champion comprehensive onboarding and continuing education programs that elevate staff performance and patient outcomes.

Why Join Us?

Make a real impact-every single day. Join one of the state's largest and most respected community mental health providers, where your work directly changes the lives of local individuals and families. At Riverbend, you'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that is deeply committed to both client care and employee growth. We foster a supportive and inclusive environment where your voice matters, your contributions are recognized, and your career can thrive.

If you're looking for meaningful work, a strong team culture, and real opportunities for professional growth through training, certifications, and advancement-Riverbend is the place to build your future while making a difference.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing success of the Training Institute through organizational collaboration, stakeholder engagement, data-informed reporting, and strategic workforce development initiatives.
  • Lead and organize the Riverbend Training Committee.
  • Manage Relias LMS implementation, administration, optimization, reporting, and user support.

  • Oversee continuing education processes, training records, accreditation and documentation.
  • Design, implement and continuously update a comprehensive onboarding training curriculum to ensure compliance with state, federal and CCBHC regulations, organizational standards, and workforce development needs.
  • Support internship, workforce development, grant, and partnership initiatives.
  • Oversee internal trainer development, curriculum design, and training evaluation processes. Leverage evaluation data to enhance educational content, address learning gaps, design, develop, or coordinate training solutions to meet organizational needs.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in Training & Development: Proven track record in designing, managing, and scaling training programs-ideally within behavioral health, healthcare, or human services environments.
  • LMS Expertise: Hands-on experience administering learning management systems (Relias LMS experience strongly preferred).
  • Regulatory & Compliance Acumen: Deep familiarity with CCBHC standards, healthcare accreditation processes, and state/federal training mandates.
  • Instructional Design & Evaluation Skills: Strong command of curriculum development, adult learning theories, trainer coaching, and data-informed training evaluation.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to lead committees and drive strategic initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Master degree in Behavioral Health, Population Health, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field required.
  • Three to five (3-5) years' experience in training, healthcare operations, workforce development, or related field preferred.
