Position Summary...As the Director, Fulfillment Reliability, you will be accountable for leading the Reliable Operations transformation across Walmart's fulfillment network. This critical role provides strategic direction, operational leadership, and execution oversight to improve reliability performance, reduce downtime, and increase asset utilization. As a key member of the Reliability Run the Business (RTB) team, you will drive alignment across maintenance, engineering, and operations to deliver best-in-class fulfillment reliability and network resilience.What you'll do...
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for reliability improvements across the fulfillment network. 
  • Operational Oversight: Lead operational leadership and execution oversight to enhance reliability performance, reduce downtime, and increase asset utilization. 
  • Budget Management: Manage the M&R budget for the Fulfillment network. 
  • Reporting and Analysis: Establish WBR and MBR reporting mechanisms with specific actions for sites to eliminate controllable downtime. 
  • KPI Alignment: Align and Deploy KPIs and inputs within WBR and MBR reporting mechanisms for improved performance. 
  • Tool Implementation: Implement Tools to drive performance and break down analysis to ensure corrective actions and measurement of impacts. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all FC sites are on process and adhering to TPM methodology 
  • Field Impact: Serve as a reliability escalation point for impacting events and provide a reliability strategy for the Fulfillment network. 
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with staffing plans and workforce resilience. 
  • Performance Tracking: Provide monthly metric updates for Reliability within the Fulfillment network. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide Reliable Operations strategic pathing for improvement goals. 

What you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in reliability maintenance, operations, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in technical troubleshooting, reliability management, and operational excellence.
  • Strong experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
  • Advanced data analytics and digital literacy skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage crises, and drive business process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and partnership skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
