Job description

The CRM Associate will be responsible for optimizing core business operations by managing procurement, inventory, and sales data within the company's central system. This role involves the accurate processing of Purchase and Sales Orders, monitoring warehouse inventory and the automated replenishment system (ARAM), and conducting weekly analysis of sales performance and profitability (GP). Additionally, the Administrator will coordinate promotional and marketing campaigns and perform essential market research to support strategic merchandising and pricing decisions.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and analyze weekly sales performance
  • Gather and input data for regional orders, such as Purchase and Sales Orders
  • Process store orders, including special item orders and promotional event orders
  • Monitor warehouse inventory and ARAM (Automatic Replenishment and Allocation Management) system
  • Weekly check on warehouse operation status by analyzing item shipments and warehouse GP (Gross Profit)
  • Analyze each department's missing items in order to maintain and stock variety of items
  • Compile weekly sale items, set promotional item prices as well as price adjustments for special items and measure sales performance
  • Organize and prepare materials for weekly store and department manager meeting
  • Plan and coordinate marketing efforts such as local store marketing events, store specific new item promotions and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers, competitors, products, and services

  • Must be able to work legally in the United States
  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
