We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join this team in the role of Premier Wealth Relationship Management Associate with the passion of dealing with Affluent customers and becoming Premier Wealth Relationship Managers

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you will:

  • Gain an insight into how we acquire and serve our customers through a blend of digital platforms and solutions, as well as acting as the face of HSBC for our customers on the frontline in our Branches and Contact Centres.
  • Learn about our product offerings, how we position them in the market, and the processes and strategies behind themโ€”including how we protect the interests of our customers at all times.
  • Responsible for own development with the support of the Direct Manager, Country Head of Customer Propositions & Marketing, Vietnam.
  • Prepare to accept attachments within different business areas to benefit from any available development opportunities.
  • Use data analysis, customer insights and problem-solving skills to support the IWPB business agenda, including identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Apply modern ways of working, including using digital tools and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-enabled insights and automation) to improve productivity, decision-making and customer engagementโ€”always in line with HSBCโ€™s risk and governance standards.
  • Sets own stretched objectives from the learning outcomes for each attachment with agreement with the assigned manager of the attachment.
  • Ability to learn new skills, tools and techniques as required by the attachment job.
  • Able to identify appropriate networking opportunities with the support of your manager.
  • Accept feedback and guidance from the managers of the attachments and people managers with regards to the career development including attachments and destination roles.
  • Be active in International Wealth and Premier Banking and HSBCโ€™s community.
  • Organising end-of-attachment feedback and sharing this document with managers of the attachments and the Direct Manager.
  • Work closely with frontline and product partners so as to take appropriate action to counter market events and landscape changes.
  • Liaise closely with product providers to manage distribution relationships from a business development perspective including sales support for branches, product training, commercial negotiations and customer events.
  • Optimise operational risk mitigation vs. possible loss, ensuring compliance with all Group standards, manuals and regulatory environment guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Have at least a second class honours degree in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised university in Vietnam or overseas (recent graduates will be considered).
  • Have the legal right to work in Vietnam.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to break down complex problems into small solvable parts and work with agility and resourcefulness to come up with meaningful outcomes.
  • Strong Sales and customer service mindset. You enjoy engaging with people, understanding their needs, and delivering a high-quality service experienceโ€”especially in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
  • Commercially minded and outcome-driven. Comfortable working towards targets, spotting opportunities to add value for customers, and taking ownership of results while doing the right thing.
  • Good networkers. We encourage you to collaborate with customers, senior management, peers and our other teams internationally. This means you should be a strong communicator, show courage when presenting and represent HSBC with professionalism and empathy.

The positions are for graduates looking for the skills, guidance, knowledge and global exposure to develop with a leading global bank. The programme provides opportunities to build your technical and leadership capabilities and, on completion, progress quickly into frontline role and fast track to first leadership role.

Applications must be submitted by the close of business on 05 Jul 2026. Candidates will be invited to take online numerical and verbal reasoning tests; situation judgement test and, if successful, a first round interview. An assessment center will be held in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam in the next 2 weeks of July 2026 for those who meet the required benchmarks at the first round interview.
