Job description

Immediate need for a talented Dynamics 365 CRM Developer. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Austin - TX / Sunnyvale- CA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $53.6 - $55.7/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • This developer will join the AEP Energy Dynamics 365 CRM Team and work on software solutions for large projects, short enhancement efforts, and support work. 
  • The developer will participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodology and will have mid-level developer capabilities. 
  • Delivery and Collaboration Responsibilities: 
  • This developer will participate in the configuration, coding, testing, and delivery of software solutions according to AEP Energy standards and practices and will participate in code reviews. 
  • Takes direction from the technical lead and works with team members and business users. 
  • Communicates effectively with others. 
  • Evaluates and proposes process improvements. 
  • Develops working knowledge of the company''s software products. 
  • Work Location : Initially remote. 
  • Needs to be able to work at least 40 hours per week with core hours between 9 am and 4 pm ET Mon-Fri. Occasional deployment duties on weekday evenings starting at 7 pm ET. 

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills - DYNAMICS 365 CRM DEVELOPER, C#, Dot Net, JAVASCRIPT, AZURE
  • Experience with C#, .NET and JavaScript. 
  • Azure integration and Power Platform experience is highly desired. 
  • Experience with UI design is also a plus. 
  • Education requirements are listed below: 
  • Bachelor''s degree in relevant field such as computer science, computer engineering, or information systems OR Associate''s degree with four years of related experience OR high school diploma/GED with six years of related experience.

  • Effective problem-solving skills: ability to work from concept to analytics, identify alternatives and develop unique solutions 
  • Excellent communication skills – written, spoken, listening with ability to explain and interpret complex issues clearly, mindful of audience 
  • Ability to understand and work with rapidly changing requirements 
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task effectively
