A Brief Overview

The Associate Director, CRM & Insights plays a strategic and operational leadership role in driving CRM performance, reporting excellence, and cross functional engagement. This role leads the enterprise CRM roadmap (Salesforce OCE), translates business needs into scalable CRM solutions, oversees data integrity, and collaborates with commercial analytics to optimize field engagement. Will work cross functionally with sales and marketing to ensure seamless CRM enablement and insight generation that improves engagement and tool effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, planning and execution of CRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and field effectiveness goals
  • Business & Field Insights
    • Collaborate with analytics, marketing and field teams to generate actionable insights that inform customer engagement strategy and targeting
  • Data Governance
    • Oversees data integrity, standardization, and governance to ensure clean and accurate CRM data for reporting and targeting
  • Salesforce (OCE) Enhancements
    • Translate business requirements into Salesforce OCE system configurations and enhancements
    • Reporting & Dashboards: Collaborate with commercial analytics, design and deliver reporting tools and dashboards that support business performance, field operations
  • Manage third-party CRM support partners and provide coaching and leadership to team members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years experience in CRM strategy, commercial operations or analytics
  • Salesforce OCE experience or other similar CRM experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare
  • Strong experience translating business requirements into technical CRM solutions
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM administration or enhancement planning experience
  • Working knowledge of data governance, analytics and reporting platforms
  • Excellent cross-functions communication and project management skills
