As an Employee Relationship Manager, within PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions, you will be primarily based in Raleigh, NC.
PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions offers a comprehensive suite of solutions to meet the needs of various businesses and their employees. The Employee Relationship Manager role is designed to help improve employee financial wellbeing, strengthen employee financial awareness, and increase convenience through digital banking that includes money management tools. As an Employee Relationship Manager you will work in an outbound sales capacity, facilitating in-person new hire orientations, delivering financial education seminars and multi-faceted benefits programs to the employee base within our clients' organizations.

Job Description
  • Responsible for the delivery of financial wellness solutions and programs to the workforce of commercial and corporate banking clients and prospects. Responsible for acquiring and deepening relationships across all applicable financial wellness solutions. Achieves business results through leadership of and productive collaboration with a wide range of partners. Responsible for consumer acquisition through proactive lead generation, appointments and referral generation. Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and ongoing servicing support.
  • Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by leveraging tools and resources to maximize business results.
  • Works across a broad range of partners, Identifies the resource or team of resources best equipped to meet customer needs and introduces the client accordingly. Holds partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow up.
  • Customer experience management--differentiates the customer experience through conversation and presentations skills and by creating exceptional experiences at events in a variety of external locations. Delivers customer well being through tailored solutions aligned with customer needs. Solves customer problems courteously and with urgency, escalating where necessary. Acts as an advocate for clients and prospects identifying trends and unique needs of the workforce.
  • Influences annual marketing and communication plans based on workforce knowledge and/or client needs, including all support materials, media and content. May leverage tools to help customize annual plans including, but not limited to, participant surveys, utilization reports, and other data.
  • Responsible for keeping your team informed of services via Edge reports and attending relationship review meetings as necessary. May collaborate with internal/external partners to update materials as needed.
