We are currently seeking an experienced:
NURSING SECRETARY
Job Description:
  • Assures quality care by providing secretarial assistance to the nursing department.
  • Provides supplies and equipment and maintenance of records related to supplies.
  • Assists with entering MDS's quarterlies, and care plans into computer.
  • Completes CNA's work schedule and assures adequate coverage.
  • Stocks lab office and each nurse's station with supplies.
  • Performs employee drug screening.
  • Monitors daily lab reports.
  • Helps with restorative nursing as needed.
  • Assists with activities as needed.

Job Requirements:
  • High school graduate.
  • Some clerical/computer knowledge.
  • Willing to perform routine repetitive tasks on a continuous basis.
  • Ability to work and cooperate with other employees.
  • Kind and respectful to patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Valid NC drivers' license.
  • Prefer C.N.A. certification.
