Description:

Position Purpose

The Registration Manager is a year-round position responsible for managing client relations and the full registration process for Miniwanca's Camps, NLC, and Open Enrollment programs. This role manages the relationship with AYF families and clients from inquiry through registration and program attendance, ensuring a seamless and ideal experience. The Registration Manager oversees the registration database, the financial aid process, and the financial aspects of participant registration, working closely with the Director of Program Operations and program teams to support enrollment goals and scholarship access.


Key Areas of Responsibility

Client Relations

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Miniwanca families, clients, and participants across all programs (Camps, NLC, and Open Enrollment).

• Respond to client communications within 48 business hours and provide clients with accurate information pertaining to programs, dates, prices, etc. as requested.

• Maintain connection with scholarship clients and families, and other families in need of additional support through camper participation in programs.


Registration & Database Management

• Manage all aspects of the registration process and the registration database, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an ideal client experience.

• Maintain an efficient digital filing system that allows easy access to registration, health, and travel forms.

• Manage distribution of medical review paperwork to necessary participants in time for the medical review process, and manage the return of medical review paperwork.

• Work with Program Directors to manage and support the Opening Day Registration Process.

• Collaborate with the broader program team to schedule, plan, and communicate travel logistics for participants arriving to and departing from camps.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

• Manage the financial aid process; work with Directors to allocate funds from scholarship and Financial Aid budgets and distribute 


Financial Aid letters to families/clients.

Reporting

• Maintain weekly enrollment reports for camp programs, including reports tracking weekly activity, an end-of-year summary enrollment report, and a roster of all participants and staff members at the end of each program.

• Provide full-time and seasonal camps teams with appropriate reports.


Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with Reception Desk coverage.

Requirements:

Work Environment

• This is a year-round, full-time position located at Miniwanca in Shelby, Michigan, primarily in an indoor setting with some seasonal outdoor environments.

• Weekend work required seasonally; travel as needed for meetings and site visits.

• Business casual, appropriate attire for setting.

• Hours as required to meet job demands, generally Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm outside of peak program season, including the ability to work occasional weekends during peak program season.


Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
