DuPont's Advanced Mobility is recruiting for a Management Systems Coordinator to join its dynamic team located at its Michigan Operations (MiOps) manufacturing site in Midland, MI.
The Management Systems Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting site compliance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures alignment with corporate, regulatory, and operational requirements while serving as a resource to leadership and employees.
Key Essential Job Responsibilities:
Training & Development
  • Coordinate and manage the site training program to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and drive 100% compliance
  • Track and communicate overdue training items
  • Serve as LMS subject matter expert and coach employees
  • Create and manage courses, certifications, and training assignments
  • Coordinate instructor-led training and onboarding activities
  • Maintain documentation and support audit readiness
  • Partner with Health Services on medical surveillance tracking

Management Systems & Continuous Improvement
  • Serve as site subject matter expert for management systems
  • Drive continuous improvement using PDCA methodology
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support EHS standards implementation
  • Participate in internal and external audits

Audits, Self-Assessments & CAPA
  • Lead self-assessment and audit processes
  • Maintain audit schedules and records in Cority
  • Complete audits related to MOC and training
  • Track and drive corrective actions
  • Communicate compliance status and deadlines

Metrics, Reporting & Systems Support
  • Generate and distribute system and compliance reports
  • Communicate metrics to leadership
  • Provide user support for Cority and related systems

Management of Change (MOC) Support
  • Provide guidance on MOC processes and systems
  • Monitor metrics and follow up on overdue actions
  • Maintain MOC documentation and distribution lists

Management System Review
  • Coordinate review meetings, agendas, and reporting
  • Track system performance and CAPA actions

Environmental Management (EMR)
  • Serve as Environmental Management Representative
  • Support EMS compliance, audits, and reporting
  • Coordinate EMS training and documentation
  • Act as contact for third-party audits

Administrative & Systems Support
  • Support document management systems
  • Lead New Member Integration process
  • Assist with eTime administration and reporting

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated work experience in training coordination or compliance programs
  • Familiarity with LMS, audits, and continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with systems such as Cority, Workday, or UKG preferred
