Position Summary
As our Title Success Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our title operations. Here's what you'll be doing:
Title Review:
  • Examine transaction documentation, including purchase agreements and real estate documents.
  • Review title commitments, clearances, liens, and deeds to identify discrepancies or defects.

Customer Service:
  • Collaborate closely with Escrow Officers throughout the pre-closing process.
  • Deliver lender commitments, CPLs, wire instructions, and pre-CD details.

Title Clearance:
  • Analyze complex title issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Work with title exam professionals and underwriters to address potential sale-affecting hiccups.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in our title software (Resware or SoftPro).

Transaction Data Management:
  • Gather and enter transaction information, including commissions, broker fees, HOA contacts, tax details, and payoffs.
  • Order title commitment updates and other necessary updates.

Document Preparation:
  • Prepare deeds, discharges, and POAs.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Precise and thorough in reviewing documents.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Resware, SoftPro, or similar title software.

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of a High school diploma or GED, required
  • Basic knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow services, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferred
  • Valid Title Producer's License, as required by applicable state law, within 1 month of hire
