If so, Venture Title Agency is looking for a Title Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our growing team.
This position plays a key role in supporting the final stages of residential real estate transactions by ensuring files are financially balanced, documentation is complete, and every transaction meets company and regulatory standards.
Compensation

Responsibilities
โ€ข Manage transaction files from settlement through final completion.
โ€ข Review closing documents, funding, and payoff information for accuracy and completeness.
โ€ข Reconcile financials and balance files prior to final processing.
โ€ข Prepare and process checks, wire disbursements, and related closing funds.
โ€ข Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding items and complete files.
โ€ข Prepare files for recording, title policy issuance, and final distribution.
โ€ข Maintain accurate digital and physical transaction records.
โ€ข Perform quality control reviews to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
