Crest Lincoln Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Title Clerk / General Office staff member in Sterling Heights, MI. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles and supporting general office operations.
Responsibilities
  • Process vehicle titles accurately and in a timely manner according to state regulations
  • Prepare and file documents related to vehicle ownership and registration
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all transactions
  • Assist with general office duties such as data entry, answering phones, and customer service
  • Collaborate with sales and finance departments to verify title information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state laws regarding motor vehicle titles
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in title processing or administrative work (1 year minimum)
