We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our showrooms. The chosen candidate with partner with store management and other departments. This role does require reliable transportation in order to travel within area of responsibility, as well as assist other Designers when needed. This role also may be flexible in hours, from 30-40, depending on location.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Partner with Regional Visual Merchandiser to develop and maintain merchandise counts and flow for each store in their area of responsibility and establish open and professional communication with store management teams
  • Create and maintain the visual presentation of the showroom
  • Coordinate furniture and accessory placement in accordance with our standards
  • Organize and implement floor moves
  • Hang artwork and mirrors

 

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years Visual Merchandising experience, accessory and/or furniture retail preferred. 
  • Ability to create and maintain a consistent visual and merchandise presentations within their area of responsibility in accordance with the company standards manuals.
  • Be able to follow verbal and written direction from the Regional Visual Merchandiser and implement the directive with minimal supervision. 
  • Must have reliable transportation within area of responsibility and/or region.
  • Ability to work independently, have a strong sense of work ethic, professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and solid customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift and move furniture of 50lbs or more within the store, as well as have excellent mobility (bending, lifting, stooping, climbing, pushing, etc.)
