The Role
The Field Market Visual Merchandiser supports visual execution across an assigned market that includes multiple districts and stores. This role helps ensure company visual standards are executed consistently while learning to partner with District Managers and store teams to support business priorities.
The Field Market VM works closely with store leadership and the Visual Merchandising Manager to help maintain strong, on-brand visual presentation throughout the market.

  • Support visual execution across an assigned market, including multiple districts and stores
  • Help ensure company visual standards are consistently executed and maintained across locations
  • Assist in teaching and reinforcing visual standards to store teams
  • Partner with District Managers and store leadership to support visual and operational priorities
  • Execute visual directives and support store teams with implementation
  • Provide feedback and updates to leadership on visual progress and opportunities
  • Help track administrative tasks, timelines, and execution progress
  • Communicate updates and expectations clearly through email and virtual platforms
  • Support visual training initiatives and market-level rollouts
  • Assist with new store openings and remodels by helping execute visual buildouts according to brand standards and timelines

About you...
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across many stores
  • Patient, energetic, curious, and proactive approach to visual execution and problem solving
  • Comfortable giving direction, assigning tasks, and following up to ensure completion
  • Proven ability to both delegate effectively and personally own results
  • Confident teaching and presenting visual standards to groups of varying sizes
  • Proficient in Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using Outlook and Teams as primary communication tools

It would be great but not necessary if you have...
  • 1+ year of retail or visual merchandising experience preferred (internship or part-time experience considered)
  • Demonstrated interest in visual merchandising, styling, or retail presentation
  • Leadership experience (such as leading small projects, student leadership, or keyholder experience) is a plus but not required
  • Equivalent education or relevant coursework may be considered in lieu of experience

Travel & Availability Requirements
  • Must be willing and able to travel frequently, both within the assigned market and outside of the market as business needs require
  • Travel may include overnight stays, and the role may require being away from home for extended periods of time
  • Must have a reliable vehicle in good working order
  • Must be occasionally available to work weekends based on business needs

Compensation: Salary range: $50,000 - $50,000 annually. Full time roles will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company paid time off.
