On is currently hiring for two team members to join this. Depending on your level of strategic experience and scope, you may be considered for either the Senior Specialist or Lead (IC) role.
The Senior Specialist, Visual Merchandising B2B and Lead, Visual Merchandising B2B roles will report to the Senior Lead, Visual Merchandising on the Brand Experience team supporting On's B2B and Wholesale channel. You'll help shape how the world's fastest-growing sportswear brand shows up at retail. You'll be responsible for elevating our visual merchandising standards across shop-in-shops, showrooms, and key account doors-ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience. This role blends styling, training, and execution to bring product stories to life and drive excellence across all B2B environments.
Your Mission
  • Elevate and maintain On's visual standards across designated B2B accounts, doors, shop-in-shops, pop-ups and showroom spaces
  • Partner with Regional Merchandising, Sales and Marketing partners to deliver strong seasonal stories across account partners that align to commercial priorities and global visual standards
  • Responsible for creating seasonal account visual guidelines, training tools, and best practices for seamless execution across partner retail locations
  • Manage shop-in-shop and pop-up installations across accounts, ensuring a consistent, premium execution
  • Collaborate with Retail Design and Retail Marketing to develop and execute best-in-class in-store campaigns, seasonal elements and evergreen in-store tools
  • Manage seasonal showroom setups for sell-in, ensuring a polished, high-impact presentation that align to brand and account focuses
  • Partner with Global Visual Merchandising to develop training materials and regional VM tools that support strong execution in the field
  • Oversee external VM agencies, driving consistent field execution through training, communication, and consistent feedback loop
  • Ensure alignment with DTCr visual merchandising to create a unified brand presence across channels
  • Support in-store product presentation for B2B or account related events as needed
  • Provide consistent seasonal support in the field through market travel and all high-visibility projects, installations and roll-outs
  • Conduct market research and trend scouting to evolve our B2B visual storytelling

Your Story
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within a wholesale, B2B, or premium retail environment
  • Experience leading hands-on execution for windows, complex in-store installations, and high-visibility brand events
  • Proven track record of managing external agency partners and field teams to maintain brand standards across multiple doors
  • Technical proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to create clear visual guidelines and training tools
  • Deep understanding of the premium retail landscape paired with strong spatial design and product styling sensibility
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to retail spaces, account doors, and regional hubs
