WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As the Global Visual Merchandising Senior Manager for Training, you will set the vision for world-class Training retail experiences across Nike Direct and Marketplace Partners worldwide. You will translate global brand and merchandising strategies into clear, visual plans that deliver compelling product storytelling at scale and strengthen Nike's leadership in the Training marketplace.
You will drive seasonal alignment with leadership and cross-functional partners and represent Retail in key decision forums. You will lead the development of seasonal and ongoing tools, including visual merchandising and campaign directives, mannequin styling standards, and playbooks that drive consistent execution across geographies and store formats.
You will shape the future of Training presentation through innovation and consumer-led insights. You will guide prototype builds within Retail Labs, helping test, refine, and scale new concepts that influence how consumers experience product.
You will build, connect, and activate a global network of visual merchandisers, partnering closely with merchandising and brand teams to ensure marketplace relevance, cultural credibility, and competitive distinction. You will continuously apply consumer and industry insights to elevate creativity and execution.
You will lead and develop a team, setting a high standard for excellence through clarity, empowerment, and accountability. You will cultivate a high-performing and inclusive team culture while setting the pace for world-class visual merchandising.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role operates at the center of a highly collaborative, global ecosystem. The Senior Manager partners closely with leaders and teams across Global and Geography organizations to shape and deliver cohesive Training retail experiences worldwide. They act as a connector across teams, aligning vision, priorities, and execution across the retail ecosystem.
The role reports to the Senior Director of Global Visual Merchandising and works in close partnership with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, and Design, helping align strategy, storytelling, and execution from concept through consumer experience.
They also collaborate closely with Geography teams, serving as a key thought partner and functional leader. Through these partnerships, they provide clear visual merchandising guidance while gaining insight into local consumer needs, marketplace dynamics, and competitive trends-ensuring global strategies remain relevant and impactful across markets.
WHAT YOU BRING

- 10+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or a related retail leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field.Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- Experience leading visual merchandising strategies at scale across multiple markets or regions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Strong background in complex, large-format or omnichannel retail environments.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to influence strategy and drive measurable impact.
- Demonstrated strength in translating vision into compelling, scalable consumer experiences through leadership and execution.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 4-6 times per year.
