Main purpose of the RVLV Merchandising Intern role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Creative Intern to join our team this summer. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in content creation and production, supporting our team with in-house social shoots and YouTube shoots.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Audit live curated shops to ensure accuracy, freshness, and brand alignment
  • Research emerging fashion trends, cultural moments, and surface content ideas to the wider merchandising team
  • Conduct competitor analysis on merchandising strategies, content layouts, and user experience
  • Support ideation of new shop concepts based on customer demand and seasonal moments
  • Provide and maintain updates to homepage, navigation, and landing pages to ensure impactful messaging
  • Assist in QA for site content updates
  • Track performance of curated shops and site placements
  • Partner with the site merchandising team to develop, evolve, and execute merchandising tools
  • Understand and monitor business trends through homepage and CPL reporting.

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Strong appreciation for fashion, evolving trends, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating visually compelling experiences.
  • A superb eye for attention to detail, style, and visual composition.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision; self-motivated to meet company standards and reach team goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedule, and deadlines.
  • Experience with Google Drive, Excel, Gmail, Word & PowerPoint preferred.
  • Degree or working on a degree in fashion design, merchandising, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of contemporary and luxury fashion brands.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $18.00 to $18.50
