Qui recherchons-nous?

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Visuel Merchandiser en magasin pour la région du Grand Toronto (GTA). Vous soutiendrez l’équipe de direction du magasin en planifiant, mettant en œuvre et exécutant des stratégies de marchandisage visuel innovantes, conformément aux standards de la marque Mango.


Voici certaines de vos responsabilités :

  • Diriger et exécuter les plans de marchandisage visuel du magasin selon le cycle de vie des produits et les niveaux d’inventaire
  • Être responsable des changements saisonniers, de la mise en place, de l’exécution des démarques ainsi que des modifications des présentations en magasin et en vitrine
  • Assurer l’entretien adéquat et la propreté du matériel de présentation, du mobilier, de la signalisation, de l’éclairage, des vitrines intérieures et extérieures, des présentoirs, etc.
  • Veiller à ce que les directives et initiatives clés émises par la marque soient adaptées et appliquées selon les standards du magasin
  • Évaluer les besoins et tendances du marché et les présenter au/à la VMM régional(e)
  • S’assurer que les objectifs de vente et de performance sont atteints en analysant la rentabilité des ventes et la performance de chaque section et présentation
  • Communiquer et mettre en œuvre des plans d’action auprès de l’équipe du magasin concernant les projets à venir, les objectifs, les initiatives de l’entreprise, les événements, les promotions et les initiatives en magasin
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée au poste, selon les besoins


Profil recherché :

  • Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience en marchandisage visuel et/ou en marchandisage de détail ou en achats; une expérience dans l’industrie de la mode est un atout
  • Connaissance des opérations de vente au détail, incluant les tendances mode, les événements saisonniers et la gestion des inventaires
  • Solides compétences en présentation et en marchandisage de mode
  • Sens de l’organisation exceptionnel, grande attention aux détails et excellentes compétences en gestion du temps
  • Disponibilité pour travailler les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés, au besoin

Job Description


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Store Visual Merchandiser in the GTA. You will support the store leadership team by planning, implementing, and executing innovative visual merchandising strategies in accordance with Mango’s brand standards.

Here’s some of what you’ll do:

  • Lead and execute the store visual merchandise plans based on product lifecycle and inventory
  • Responsible for seasonal changes and set up, execution of markdowns, and changes to store and window displays
  • Responsible for the proper maintenance and cleanliness of: display materials, furniture, signage, lighting, interior and exterior windows, window displays, etc.
  • Ensure key guidelines and initiatives issued from the Brand is adapted and applied to store standards
  • Evaluate market needs and trends and present to the Regional VMM
  • Ensure sales and performance goals are met by analyzing profitability of sales and performance of each section and display
  • Communicate and execute action plans to the store team on upcoming projects, goals, company initiatives, events, promotions and store initiatives
  • Perform other related duties within the scope of practice as assigned

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of Visual and Retail merchandising or buying experience – fashion industry would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of retail operations including an understanding of fashion trends, seasonal events, inventory levels
  • Strong fashion merchandising and presentation skills
  • Exceptionally organized, strong attention to detail, and excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
