Job Description

The Regional Director provides leadership and direction across multiple districts to support long-term growth and performance. This role builds strong leadership teams, ensures alignment to company priorities, and drives regional financial and operational results. The Regional Director focuses on scalability, consistency, and sustained success across markets.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more
  • 5+ years of multi-unit leadership retail store management experience
  • Sports, apparel, or merchandising retail experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, and climb ladders

Travel Requirements

  • Must be able to travel up to 50%
