To thrive as a Regional Leasing Manager, you need a solid background in property management, leasing strategies, and market analysis, often supported by a bachelor’s degree in business or real estate. Familiarity with property management software (like Yardi or RealPage), CRM systems, and knowledge of fair housing regulations are typically required.
