💲 Compensation: OTE in the $275K+ Range

🌴 Miami or The Panhandle, Florida-Based Executive Leadership Opportunity


Valcourt Building Services is one of the nation's leading providers of commercial waterproofing, building envelope restoration, concrete restoration, façade restoration, and window services. As the company continues its growth across Florida, they are seeking a Regional General Manager to lead a significant operation with full responsibility for performance, profitability, and expansion.

This is a highly visible leadership role for an executive who thrives in construction, restoration, specialty contracting, or field service environments.


🔹 What You'll Lead:

• Full P&L and operational responsibility

• Revenue growth and market expansion initiatives

• Leadership and development of operations, project management, sales, and field teams

• Client relationships with building owners, property managers, consultants, and contractors

• Operational excellence, accountability, and profitability

• Strategic growth initiatives in partnership with executive leadership


🔹 What We're Looking For:

• General Manager, Regional Manager, VP Operations, or Business Unit leadership experience

• Background in construction, restoration, waterproofing, roofing, building envelope, concrete, façade, specialty contracting, or related industries

• Proven success managing large operations and driving growth

• Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership

• A hands-on leader who can build teams, develop culture, and deliver results
