Green SM is a leading ride‑hailing platform focused on smart, scalable, and sustainable mobility solutions. As we expand our operations in the US.

We are seeking a Driver Acquisition Manager to own and execute driver manpower planning and driver acquisition activities across assigned cities in the US. This role is responsible for ensuring sufficient, high‑quality driver supply through effective recruitment execution, operational excellence, and close collaboration with Operations and City teams.

This is a hands‑on management role with clear ownership of driver supply targets, recruitment execution, and local team performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driver Supply Planning & Execution

  • Execute city‑level driver supply plans to meet demand and growth targets.
  • Translate country or regional supply plans into local execution actions.
  • Monitor supply health metrics (active drivers, activation rate, readiness).
  • Identify supply gaps early and implement corrective actions.

2. Driver Acquisition & Hiring Execution

  • Manage driver hiring through multiple channels, including:
  • Local recruitment hubs / walk‑in sessions
  • Community outreach and partnerships
  • Driver referral programs
  • Digital sourcing channels (local job platforms, social media)
  • Execute recruitment campaigns aligned with city launches, peak demand, and expansion plans.
  • Continuously improve sourcing mix and recruitment funnel efficiency.

3. Recruitment Operations & Process Management

  • Interviews and screening
  • Document verification and compliance checks
  • Onboarding scheduling and readiness tracking
  • Ensure recruitment SOPs and local compliance requirements are followed consistently.
  • Improve speed, quality, and candidate experience across the recruitment journey.

4. Team Leadership & On‑Ground Management

  • Manage and coach local recruiters, field teams, and external partners if applicable.
  • Set clear targets, execution plans, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure strong on‑ground discipline, productivity, and accountability.
  • Support capability building of recruitment and field teams.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key recruitment KPIs, including:
  • Funnel conversion
  • Time‑to‑hire

  • Activation and readiness rates
  • Provide regular performance updates to Country and Operations leadership.
  • Use data to drive operational improvements.

6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Support new city launches and peak‑demand planning.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in recruitment, workforce acquisition, or frontline operations.
  • 2+ years of people management experience in high‑volume or field‑based environments.
  • Strong experience in mass hiring / frontline workforce recruitment, preferably within:
  • Ride‑hailing
  • Logistics / delivery
  • Transportation or operationally intensive industries
  • Solid understanding of on‑ground recruitment execution in the Netherlands.
  • Strong execution, operational, and problem‑solving skills.
