If interested, please apply directly.Job DescriptionAs a Recruiter II, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This role requires familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, as well as extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, and you may lead and direct the work of others.
Responsibilities- Maintain strong organization and operate effectively in ambiguity.
- Perform tasks similar to recruitment coordination but at a higher level, requiring stronger stakeholder communication.
- Navigate grey areas and independently drive clarity.
- Conduct proactive check-ins with stakeholders to prevent surges and aging requisitions.
- Investigate stalled requisitions and ensure forward progress.
- Engage significantly with system work within CRM and related tools.
- Manage 20-25 sites or 20-25 Slack channels.
- Engage directly with L7 and L8 site leaders who have high expectations.
- Escalate concerns professionally and appropriately.
Essential Skills- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and working with ATS.
- Full cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience as a recruiting business partner or client lead.
- Ability to handle high volume closing with at least 3+ years of experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
- Experience as a former RBP or client lead.
- Familiarity with CRM and related hiring systems.
Work EnvironmentThe primary onsite location for this role is in Seattle, with possible exploration of options at the Bellevue office. This role heavily emphasizes stakeholder engagement and focuses on supporting internal hiring and transfers, specifically for fulfillment centers. The work environment involves significant system work, including the use of the Hire platform and other tools, and requires managing multiple sites or communication channels. The role is administrative in nature, with no direct offer conversations with candidates.
