Job description

Works in a fast-paced production environment known as an automated refill center. Performs warehouse operations such as packing prescriptions, receiving and shipping. Maintains continuous and consistent work flow in order to meet daily production goals; and has the ability to work productively either independently or as a team with acute attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
Understands and abides by federal and state HIPAA laws as well as pharmacy standard procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy.
Demonstrate problem resolution skills: ability to recognize, address and escalate issues to management.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Processes orders for shipping
· Folds and packs paperwork with prescriptions to prepare for shipping
· Sorts orders by store location and places in totes for shipping
· Loads product into truck
· Complies with policies, procedures and SOP’s
· Adheres to and promotes the Company’s Shared ICARE principles
 
Job Requirements:
· Pharmacy Assistant certification (WA state requirement)
· Able to lift and carry 20-25 pounds
· Will be standing/walking for the majority of the shift (8+hours per day)
· Requires bending, twisting, reaching and grasping
· Additional Skills- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced production environment
 
Approximately 90% of duties will involve supporting the Facilities team. Primary responsibilities include maintaining labeling systems, capping processes, and replenishing equipment as needed. The remaining time will be dedicated to assisting with packing and sorting orders to ensure operational efficiency.
