We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting process through interview coordination, candidate communication, scheduling, and recruiting operations support. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to help create an organized, efficient, and welcoming hiring experience.

The pay range for this position in Western Washington varies between $50,800.00 – $76,200, and for Eastern Washington varies between $42,000.00 – $63,000.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington, Arcora Foundation, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

  •  Coordinate recruiting activities across the hiring process, including interview scheduling, job postings, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
  •  Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support interview planning, candidate movement, and hiring process logistics.
  •  Support sourcing efforts through job boards, candidate outreach, networking events, and talent pipeline activities.
  •  Maintain accurate candidate records, interview documentation, and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system.
  •  Help create a positive and inclusive candidate experience through timely communication and organized coordination throughout the recruitment process.
  •  Support interview teams by coordinating logistics and sharing interview resources and process guidance.
  •  Assist with intern and early-career recruitment activities, including event coordination, recruiting outreach, and candidate support.
  •  Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities to support recruiting efforts and employer branding.
  •  Support recruiting process improvements and help maintain recruiting resources, templates, and tools.
  •  Partner with recruiters, human resources, and hiring teams to support organizational hiring goals and recruiting operations.
  •  Support recruiting-related social media and employer branding activities as needed.

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, administration, or a related professional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, priorities, deadlines, and administrative details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service and create a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Commitment to supporting equitable and inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with people from different backgrounds and experiences.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office, or other recruiting and HR systems preferred.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive or confidential information professionally.
  • Experience working in a corporate, agency, campus, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or high-volume environment preferred.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, events, administrative processes, career fairs, recruiting events, or community outreach activities preferred.
