Position Overview:

We are seeking a Recruiting Manager with restaurant industry experience to lead our hourly and management recruiting efforts across all locations. This role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring we are hiring the best people to support our continued growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and management-level positions across multiple units.

Partner with General Managers, Chefs, and Operations Leaders to identify staffing needs and align recruiting strategies.

Source, screen, and interview candidates with a focus on cultural fit and industry expertise.

Build strong pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry partnerships.

Develop creative recruiting campaigns to attract top restaurant and hospitality talent.

Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.

Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, candidate pipeline health) and provide regular reports to leadership.

Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.

Represent the restaurant group at career fairs, community events, and industry functions.


Qualifications:

3+ years of recruiting experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (multi-unit preferred).

Strong understanding of FOH and BOH roles, staffing structures, and industry-specific challenges.

Proven ability to manage high-volume hourly recruiting while also sourcing management-level talent.

Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
