LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for a Talent Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Gainesville, FL. This role is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply support the recruiting process. We're looking for someone who can help us strengthen how we recruit, improve how we use our tools and resources, and partner with leaders across the organization to drive progress toward our staffing goals.


What You'll Do

As our Talent Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts across LifeSouth. You'll work closely with district, regional, and headquarters leadership to understand staffing needs, identify recruiting challenges, and develop strategies to help move hiring efforts forward.


You'll also have ownership of several important pieces of our recruitment operation, including:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to support staffing goals
  • Monitoring recruitment activity and data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Partnering with hiring managers to drive recruitment activity and progress toward staffing needs
  • Managing job postings and recruitment advertising across multiple platforms
  • Evaluating advertising performance and adjusting strategies based on results
  • Maintaining and improving our applicant tracking system, recruitment workflows, templates, and resources
  • Training and supporting hiring managers in effectively using recruitment systems and processes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and efficiencies
  • Monitoring recruitment advertising expenditures and helping ensure resources are used effectively
  • Reviewing and maintaining job descriptions and recruitment materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Supporting recruitment partnerships, career fairs, hiring events, and other talent initiatives

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in recruitment operations; or, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience working with systems used for tracking, reporting, or data management
  • Knowledge of recruitment practices, job advertising, and candidate sourcing strategies
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet LifeSouth's driver eligibility requirements
  • Professional HR certification, preferred
