  • Establish appropriate performance goals by evaluating previous business results.
  • Enhance the teams performance by implementing training opportunities.
  • Interview, hire and onboard new driver recruiting associates.
  • Promote a positive, high-performing work environment for associates.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field.
  • 5-7 years of previous recruiting, customer service or transportation experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
