Title: SP - Technical Recruiter, Hardware


Location: Foster City, CA

Onsite (Mon-Fri, 30 + hours)

Contract Duration: 6-12 months, with likely extension

Pay Rate: up to $90.36 per hour (w2)


JOB DESCRIPTION

We are helping our client find a Technical Recruiter, Hardware (Contract) to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse range of critical Hardware positions, which may span Vehicle Development, Advanced Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality & Reliability, and Manufacturing Operations.


In this role, you’ll act as a brand ambassador, partnering closely with hiring managers to qualify requirements, source, recruit, and close world-class engineering talent.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be genuinely passionate about Zoox’s mission.


As a Technical Recruiter, Hardware (Contract), you'll:

Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy

Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit

Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership

Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams


IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 8 to 10 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)

Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry

Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques


DAILY TASKS

In this high-impact role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse range of critical Hardware positions, which may span Vehicle Development, Advanced Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality & Reliability, and Manufacturing Operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, partnering closely with hiring managers to qualify requirements, source, recruit, and close world-class engineering talent. This position requires a unique blend of teamwork, dedication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be genuinely passionate about the mission.


Note: This opportunity will start as a contract role, with the potential for conversion to a full-time position
