We're hiring a Recruiting Marketing Associate Manager to build our brand reputation as a top destination for exceptional, mission-focused talent and meaningfully engage candidates to join our teams that work side by side with clients to deliver outsized value and outcomes for federal clients.    

The Recruiting Marketing Associate Manager leads with data and insights to attract talent with key skills at the right time and channels to attract qualified candidates.  This role is designs campaign strategies in collaboration with our Recruiting, Marketing + Communications, business, and industry partners to execute multi-channel activities. This role sits with the Marketing + Communications team and works closely with the Recruiting team. 

The Work

  • Grow our brand presence with key talent communities with an integrated program that brings to life our work, impact, people, culture, and career growth opportunities. 
  • Cultivate engagement and grow a talent pool of key skills.   
  • Generate quality inbound applications across priority skill areas. 
  • Measure impact and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns and activities that span web, social, content, partners, and events.
  • Create content strategies and develop multimedia content tailored to candidate segments and talent communities.
  • Manage, optimize our online talent presence and experience on corporate web and social channels and third-party platforms such as Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Create employee advocacy initiatives that encourage colleagues to share their experiences and amplify content across their social networks. 
  • Workwith Recruiting, Marketing + Communication, business leaders, and account teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive,data-driven, andoptimizedfor impact.
  • Measure and report campaign impact using KPIs tied to awareness, engagement, and qualified candidate contribution. 

What you need

  • 8+ years in B2B or B2G marketing, with direct experience in candidate marketing, civilian or military.
  • Understandingof the federal industry and recruiting channels.
  • Ability to translate recruiting priorities into marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, andstakeholder managementskills.
  • Comfortable working in afast-pacedenvironment with evolving priorities to keep pace with business and recruiting needs and collaborating with cross-functionalteams.Â
