Description

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across the organization. These positions may range from single hires to high volume recruiting needs. The Recruiting Associate will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial application through offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
  • Review applications and evaluate candidates against position requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and refine approaches.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview teams.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers, including negotiating compensation within established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Create, post, and manage job advertisements across internal and external job boards.
  • Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology platforms.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
  • Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Experience conducting interviews and managing candidates through the hiring process.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Experience supporting multiple hiring managers or business units simultaneously.

Compensation: A reasonable expectation for a starting salary range is: $65,000 โ€“ $75,000. This range is reflective of the Washington, DC metropolitan area and will vary based on an applicant's residence. When extending offers we consider level of experience and location.
