Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead core human resources operations in Wisconsin. This role supports both employees and leadership by strengthening HR programs, guiding policy application, and helping resolve workplace matters effectively. The ideal candidate brings a balanced background in employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and training, along with the ability to use workforce data to improve organizational practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on workplace policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and other HR programs to remain competitive and compliant with applicable regulations.
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace compliance matters.
  • Manage and support key employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
  • Oversee and coordinate HR functions to ensure effective delivery of services related to staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance.
  • Facilitate employee orientation, training, and development programs that promote engagement, growth, and organizational success.
  • Participate in investigations, meetings, and other employee-related proceedings as required, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Maintain HR records and workforce data, prepare reports, and analyze trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with job evaluation, organizational planning, and workforce structure efforts to promote consistency and alignment across the organization.
• Experience managing compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, and training functions within an HR leadership role.
