This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to manage full cycle hiring and advance their career in talent acquisition within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality salaried talent across a variety of functions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead full cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and recruit for salaried positions, including roles in supply chain, finance, and management-level functions.
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align on hiring timelines, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
  • Document and track recruitment activities to ensure an organized and efficient hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications Required
  • 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for mid-level recruiter roles.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience when considering overall requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting salaried roles, including supply chain, finance, and management-level positions.
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition and recruitment methodologies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively while managing multiple requisitions.
  • Experience working within human resources or a related talent acquisition function.

Work Environment
This position is based onsite in Oshkosh. The role operates in a professional office environment focused on collaboration with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. After an initial training period, there may be some flexibility in work arrangements, aligned with team needs and organizational guidelines.

Pay and Benefits
