Job description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday Finance programs including Assessment, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare support.
  • Manage Workday Finance implementations, rollouts, and upgrades across multiple workstreams.
  • Define and govern program roadmap, milestones, timelines, dependencies, budget, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Oversee integrations, data migration, and finance data conversion activities.
  • Drive risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Ensure successful testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and parallel finance runs.
  • Support change management, user training, and business readiness initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule, quality, and business objectives.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Expertise in Workday Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Assets, Expenses, and Revenue.
