Job description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday Finance programs including Assessment, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare support.
- Manage Workday Finance implementations, rollouts, and upgrades across multiple workstreams.
- Define and govern program roadmap, milestones, timelines, dependencies, budget, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee integrations, data migration, and finance data conversion activities.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensure successful testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and parallel finance runs.
- Support change management, user training, and business readiness initiatives.
- Ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule, quality, and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management.
- Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Expertise in Workday Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Assets, Expenses, and Revenue.
- Strong understanding of Customer Central and finance data conversion processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
