  • 2+ years of apartment industry or multifamily property management experience required
  • Leasing, collections, resident relations, or assistant manager experience preferred
  • Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
