What You'll Do:

As a Concierge, you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

  • Greeting and directing visitors, and managing all incoming phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the business office, including mail and delivery management, faxing, scanning, and preparing training materials and schedules.
  • Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is always clean, tidy, and welcoming for all residents, visitors, and associates.
  • Assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
