What You'll Do:
  • Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while delivering customer service and carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
  • Greet visitors, confirm appointments and/or access authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
  • Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems from the front desk, reporting irregularities and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
  • Assist employees, contractors, and guests with directions, access-related questions, and site policies while supporting a courteous and orderly lobby environment.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
